Can you believe that we are in week 5 already!?
After waiting so long for our appraisal, we finally were able to begin our ORC renovation in earnest this past week!!
My husband was a key player this weekend! I definitely couldn’t have gotten this far without his help. Here’s the week 5 update:
-demo’d out the tile
-tore down the exterior wall so that it could be firred out in preparation for our new tile
-put up concrete backerboard on the floor and wall
-tiled the back wall
-grouted the tile
-cut and dry fit the floor tiles
-installed the in-floor heating mat
-laid the floor tiles
Next Week:
Next on the list is to clean the floor tiles and grout them. Then install base, caulk, touch up paint, and reinstall the toilet and sink!
I can’t wait to see the end result of this renovation!!
