The Island House #7

This was an adorable family home that needed some updating. Having been through the electrical troubles at The OZ House we knew what to look for during our walk through and weren't caught off guard by what was behind the walls. 

Simple layout changes helped with flow and function and we created a true master suite upstairs to broaden the appeal of the property.  I enjoyed working on this house and highlighting some of the original features.
