The Spice House #6

This was a run down full gut renovation. The house had been lived in but was in complete disrepair from a roof rotten through to the framing to squirrels living in the walls. This was our first mostly hands off renovation where things were moving smoothly. 

We increased value by splitting the upstairs into three bedrooms and taking the one large bathroom and making it into two. Adding a 1/2 bath on the first floor increases appeal to renters as well as value on an appraisal.
