The Big Red House #4

This was our largest sized rental renovation to date. We focused on adding some upscale finishes and features so that we could create the most value. This property required a full gut to the studs and reworking of layout. There had been many additions over the years and things were choppy and disconnected.

I learned more about managing contractors and finding the appropriate amount of "hands off" balance for our business at this stage. This project was a lot more expensive and took much longer than I had projected in the beginning.
