The Shell House #3

This was a full gut renovation where we added value by reconfiguring the layout so that there were three proper bedrooms instead of a pass through room. 

While we did a lot of DIY on this house, we also started to hand over more projects to contractors. I learned to trust my gut when it comes to design choices and how to communicate better with my contractors.
