This was meant to be a rental ready purchase as we worked on renovations at The Palace House. 

We were aggressive in getting this under contract and didn't do our due diligence. There were many major systems that we had to repair in oder to rent the home. This was a big learning experience for us. In the end we were able to pull all of our cash out of the property plus an additional $4.8k.
