The Palace House #1

This was our first full gut renovation purchased sight unseen at auction. We had a rough budget and spent a lot of time researching and getting bids on this project for the work we were hiring out so that we could learn the costs of different trades. 

Spending so much of our time DIY-ing helped us gauge the work involved in different tasks, the correct order for tasks, and helpful tricks and tips for projects going forward.
